Report on Ministry of Education Budget Estimates

The House in Committee of Supply met yesterday in Victoria to review the Ministry of Education budget estimates. The 37-page transcript addresses the questions and provides answers on several budget-related topics such as the Annual Facility Grant, CommunityLink funding, and all-day Kindergarten, to name a few.

Several individual school districts are cited, including the recent advocacy work of trustees on these matters. The Honourable Moira Stilwell, Minister of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development, represented Minister of Education Margaret MacDiarmid, who is recovering from a recent illness.
