Liaison trustee
Many trustees also serve as liaison trustees to groups of schools and district and provincial programs. This allows two-way communication between individual trustees and students and staff, parents and the school community and greater understanding of programs and services offered in the district.
As a liaison trustee, you will receive invitations to school meetings, forums, graduation ceremonies, concerts and other special events.
