FAQ
1. How can I search for information on your website?
Just fill in the search box at the top of the page and click the search button. You can restrict your search to the website, the district policies, our Key Work or DocuShare (our archived files database).
2. On certain pages of this website there is a folder icon and a link that will take me to DocuShare. What is DocuShare?
DocuShare is our document management system. This is where we archive our files. When you click the link or folder icon, this allows you to browse the different folders inside DocuShare or perform a search for specific documents.
3. I still can’t find something I’m looking for. What should I do?
Review our site map and perform a search. If you have any questions contact us.
4. Can I come to a Provincial Council or AGM?
Observers are welcome at our Provincial Council or AGM. There is a designated area for observers at our meetings. However, in order to ensure that sufficient space and materials are available, observers are kindly asked to notify the BCSTA office of their intent to attend a meeting. Observers may not participate or ask questions during Provincial Council and AGM.
5. I am a journalist. Where can I find useful information for a story?
Browse through our publications and take a look at our Media Releases, e-Digests and e-Alerts which contain quick, easy to understand information. You can also do a search of our website and policies. If you have any questions contact Carolyn Baldridge, Director, Communications at 604-734-2721 or email cbaldridge[at]bcsta.org.
